Practice Support Program: Helps family practices optimize workflow, EMR use, panel management, quality improvement, and Patient Medical Home attributes.
- Peer Mentors: Physician and MOA peer mentors provide one-to-one support and co-facilitate learning in practices, sharing their experience and expertise, and those interested in receiving support or becoming a mentor can connect at peermentors@doctorsofbc.ca.
- Panel Management: MOAs can participate in panel management training and small group learning, receive one‑on‑one support from PSP coaches and get help organizing and optimizing patient panels and EMR workflows to support proactive care and efficient clinic operations.
