- Peer Mentors: Physician and MOA peer mentors provide one-to-one support and co-facilitate learning in practices, sharing their experience and expertise, and those interested in receiving support or becoming a mentor can connect at peermentors@doctorsofbc.ca.
- Panel Management: MOAs can participate in panel management training and small group learning, receive one‑on‑one support from PSP coaches and get help organizing and optimizing patient panels and EMR workflows to support proactive care and efficient clinic operations.

- De-Escalation Tools for Medical Office Staff: de-escalation tools designed to strengthen skills, developed with input from a diverse group of Medical Office Staff and Physicians across British Columbia.
- Clinic Health and Safety Assessments: Support in developing a health and safety program for your clinic. A health and safety advisor will travel to your clinic, complete an assessment, and provide recommendations.
UpToDate: An evidence-based clinical reference tool used by many clinicians for point-of-care guidance on diagnosis, treatment, and patient management.
